Greetings from Clauren Ridge,

     Come and join us for another evening of fun! The next Wine Dinner will be Friday, May 11th  and will be a "Regular Dinner with the Winemaker" in the Dining Cave...

Menu Created by the Chef- Come Hungry!

First Course (Social Hour in the tasting Room)
Tenderloin Carpaccio with whipped horsey goat cheese, chives, strawberry/red pepper jam and shaved provolone

Second Course
Shrimp Cocktail on top of Pesto Roasted Vegetables, shaved cucumber 
and lemon.

Third Course
Field Greens, roasted tomato, grilled onion and asparagus, parmesan crisps, tossed in orange-honey vinaigrette

Fourth Course
Demi Glace Braised Beef or Chicken with onion risotto cake, wild mushrooms, and classic gremolata

Warm Bread and Butter 

Fifth Course
Mixed Berry Tart with bananas foster pastry cream, pineapple glaze, caramel, and malted whipped cream

6:00 Arrival of guests for Social Hour 
First course hors d'oeuvres and a glass of our newest wine in the Tasting       
Room of the winery

6:30 Tour of the Fermentation Room by the Winemaker,

discussion of winemaking,  and a "Barrel Tasting" from a barrel of aging wine in the Barrel Room of the Cave 

7:00 Dinner in the Dining Cave 
Chicken and Beef Selections are $74.95 and includes all food, wine, and server gratuity.
