An Evening of Fine Food & Drink with Harry Potter
(and "Snape" the Clauren Ridge Winemaker as well)

The winery will be transformed into Hogwarts for a day and all of the fun characters will be on hand...

Hogwarts’ Savory Bread Pudding with Mushrooms & Parmesan
            A favorite among students at Hogwarts, reserved for special occasions. This savory version of bread pudding makes use of the several varieties of mushrooms found by Rubeus Hagrid around the school grounds.
 
Hogsmeade Traditional Pumpkin Stew
According to tradition, Hogsmeade was founded over a thousand years ago, around the same time as Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, by medieval wizard Hengist of Woodcroft as he was fleeing persecution by Muggles. Its bountiful pumpkin patches provided a great staple for the fleeing witches and wizards. We are told it is still traditionally eaten on All Hallows’ Eve.
 
Roasted Strip Loin Or Chicken Pepita Pistou, Creamy Pumpkin Polenta, Stuffed Roma and Warm Bread
            This meal is normally reserved for special holiday meals at Hogwarts, a favorite among professors & muggles alike. All products have been locally sourced from the school grounds and the nearby town of Hogsmeade.
 
Pumpkin Parfait
      Layers of pumpkin custard spiked with bourbon and fresh whipped cream are sure to please all witches & wizards.

            (or just wear "something" Hogwarts style)

Itinerary for the evening:

6:00 Arrival of guests for Social Hour 
hors d'oeuvres and a glass of our newest wine (or some butter beer or polyjuice potion) in the Tasting Room

6:30 Tour of the Fermentation Room by the Winemaker (Snape), discussion of winemaking, and a "Barrel Tasting" from a barrel of aging wine in the Barrel Room of the Cave

7:00 Dinner in the Dining Cave with guests being "sorted" by The Hat to their perspective tables
(*** No need to worry- The Hat knows which guests want to be sorted to sit with others in their group, JUST ADVISE WHEN MAKING THE RESERVATION ***)
