Chardonnay is the world’s most popular and important grape for producing white wine.
Chardonnay is light green in color and gracefully adapts to a divergent array of terroir. While France is the grape’s spiritual home, it also produces high-quality wine in America and numerous other countries. The Chardonnay grape is also used as a blending grape from time to time as well. One of the reasons for the grape’s popularity is its ease in reflecting the area where it is grown along with the style of the grower and winemaker who can easily influence the grape’s style.
With this week being Thanksgiving week we would just like to say how thankful we are for all of our many wine lovers that support us every day, whether it be sharing their special day (wedding day) or just coming out to hang out with us on the weekends for our tasting hours. We are truly blessed to have become a part of your lives.
